SAGE is a decision-support tool built on the Governance Manual and Execution Modules you've licensed from Sharpe Group, Inc. — not a licensed professional, and not a replacement for one.
Not professional advice
SAGE does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, engineering, or other regulated professional advice. Its answers are decision support drawn from the frameworks you’ve licensed — you remain responsible for your own decisions, and for verifying anything critical before acting on it.
Accuracy
SAGE can make mistakes, including confidently stated ones. Treat its answers as a starting point, not a final word, especially for decisions with legal, financial, or safety consequences.
Usage limits and fair use
Each SAGE plan includes a monthly message allowance, and requests are subject to a short per-minute rate limit to keep the system responsive for everyone. Usage resets each billing period.
What SAGE can answer
SAGE only answers from the specific Governance Manual and Execution Module content your plan includes access to. Questions outside that scope won’t be answered from those materials, regardless of what you ask.
Prohibited use
You may not use SAGE to:
- Attempt to extract, reconstruct, or reverse-engineer the underlying Sharpe Group, Inc. proprietary frameworks in bulk
- Attempt to bypass plan entitlements, module access controls, or usage limits
- Submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
- Use SAGE’s outputs to build a competing product
