Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Governance Manual and Execution Modules are proprietary digital products and are non-refundable once access has been provided.

Exceptions may be reviewed for:

• Duplicate charges
• Billing errors
• Material technical problems preventing access

SAGE subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not refund a billing period that has already begun.

Sign in to the Owner Portal and open Your SAGE Usage, then select Cancel subscription. You will be shown exactly what happens before anything is confirmed.

Your subscription then remains active for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that. To stop the next charge, cancel before the next billing date. If you change your mind while the subscription is still running, you can resume it from the same page.

Enterprise and other individually arranged subscriptions are managed directly rather than through the portal — to change one, contact support@sharpe-group.com.

SAGE plans are recurring monthly subscriptions. The monthly price is shown on the Pricing page before you begin checkout, and the recurring amount and billing interval are shown again on the secure Stripe checkout page before payment is confirmed. Framework licenses, by contrast, are one-time purchases and do not renew.

Implementation, advisory, and Enterprise services follow the applicable proposal or written agreement.
